19/02 Ticket system error

Did you not receive your ticket?
Due to an error in the ticket system, not everyone is receiving their tickets at the moment. Therefore, we ask that you note down your order number or save the receipt. Show order number/receipt on arrival, and we will find you in the system. Remember to arrive at the selected time slot (eg between 5 pm and 6 pm if the ticket is purchased for 5 pm). We are working hard to fix this problem and apologize for the inconvenience!
