Eat at TANG Bistro & Café

'TANG' is Danish for 'Seaweed'. Not only is Tang the name of the new bistro and café with a unique view of the Sound, 'Tang' is also featured on the menu.

TANG caters for both adventurous and traditional eaters, for all ages and for visitors from near and far. The menu is extensive, but ocean produce is obviously high on the list. This includes hot fish cakes, hand-peeled prawns, Icelandic and salmon. If you’re feeling brave, try octopus tentacle with squid ink mayonnaise. Yum! If you’re not a fish-eater, there are lots of other goodies on the menu.

Magnificent view of the Sound

There aren’t many restaurants in Denmark with such a great location as TANG Bistro and Café. The enormous windows with views of the kingdom of fish and the blue sea make TANG an excursion spot in itself.
